Judit and Corina are an energetic International Mother-and-Daughter team with passion for the healthy Wine Country Cuisine and Lifestyle . They have traveled extensively throughout the most prominent wine regions of Europe and California, educating themselves and others at every opportunity on the distinct flavors and traditions of the regions they toured. Together they have hosted many dinners, seminars and given Cooking Classes that have revolved around creative food and wine pairings.
Judit’s culinary skills derive from Cooking and Wine Pairing classes throughout Europe and the United States and also from her mother, an expert in Austro-Hungarian dishes. True to her European roots, Judit believes sharing quality time with family and friends at the dinner table is one of the most essential parts of life.
Corina has a Masters degree in Media Arts & Technology with a thesis project pertaining to algorithmic mapping of 125 wine flavors. Born in Europe, Corina principally grew up on American shores, but has a constant exposure to European cuisine from time in the kitchen with her mom and grandmother. She loves to create tantalizing desserts, especially those involving chocolate.
