Veronica's Apple Pancakesのレシピ

In a large bowl, combine butter, egg, milk and apple. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar. Stir flour mixture into apple mixture, just until combined.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

Those are really good. I prefer to eat pancakes without any topping, and these are so good they don't even need one! Everyone should try them!

Hello Mary...thank you for sharing this particular recipe. I used to make a similar type of apple pancake many years ago. I truly do not know where my original recipe disappeared.
I will take yours and hopefully try it very soon. We just went through a great Maple Syrup season here in Quebec. I'll be pouring this golden liquid with my eyes closed ;o)
