I am a 26 year old Psychology Major and graduated from Xavier University. I am currently not working in my field but hope to some day. I am engaged to my wonderful fiancee, whom I have been dating for 10 years! We bought our first house not too long ago and I am looking forward to making it into a home. I enjoy cooking and my friends often say that I should have followed a career in the culinary arts. I wouldn't mind opening my own restaurant one day, but until then, cooking is a fun hobby! I also enjoy writing stories and poetry.
My mother, of course, who is from the South (Kentucky). Also my soon to be mother-in-law. She works in the restaurant business so she knows her food and how to cook it well! Besides that, I get much influence from reading blogs and watching cooking shows.
