Baked Dijon Fish is an easy and quick baked fish recipe which takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Use your choice of whatever firm white fish fillets you prefer. These light and flaky fish filets will become one of your all-time favorite seafood options. Baked for only 12 minutes and the recipe includes a made from scratch salad dressing to baste the fish as it bakes. 作り方

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Rinse fish and pat dry. Set aside.
  2. Mix the lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, dill, pepper and garlic powder together in a small bowl. Brush dressing on both sides of fish fillets.
  3. Arrange fish, overlapping thinnest portions, in a 13" x 9" baking dish. Drizzle remaining dressing over fish. Arrange shredded carrot over fish. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  4. Bake about 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

    Thanks to RecipeKing for posting this awesome recipe! Very easy and super delicious. I used cod which is one of my favorite fish. This meal is very easy and my whole family enjoyed it. The only thing I left off was the shredded carrots because I'm not a fan of carrots. I am not a great cook and on the days when my wife is at work and I need to make a great dinner for when she gets home, this one is definitely a winner. My two kids give it a thumbs up too. And I'm happy knowing that it is a pretty healthy recipie and packed with lots of muscle building protein. Give it a try!
