  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 (No. 2 1/2) cans cream style corn
  • 2/3 c. corn meal
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 sm. can minced green chilies (pimento may be added for color)
  • 1/2 pound sharp cheese, grated


  1. Combine Large eggs, corn, cornmeal, garlic salt, baking pwdr and salad oil. Fold in chilies. Grate part of cheese and stir in. Pour in baking dish and grate rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
